Thanks for visiting our website.  We’re Refreshingly Rewarding Ltd trading as ‘Workplace Refreshments’, operating the website www.workplacerefreshments.co.uk.  By using our website, you agree to our Terms of Service below, which set out the rights you have when placing an order with us.

Refreshingly Rewarding Ltd is a company incorporated in England & Wales with registered number 12445609.  Our registered address is Unit 5 Pintail Close, Victoria Business Park, Nottingham NG4 2SG and our VAT Registration Number is 342 6090 18.

Your Contract with Us

When placing your order with us, you are making an offer to buy the goods. An email will be sent to confirm that we have received your order then once we have reviewed your order, we will send an email to confirm acceptance of your offer, at which point a contract has been made between us. If, in the unlikely event, the goods are no longer available, or we consider the order too low for it to be economically viable for us to deliver, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will get it touch as soon as possible to let you know. In these circumstances, your order will not be accepted, and there will be no contract between us.

We have tried to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and provided in good faith.  The images of products used on our website are for illustrative purposes only and the goods may vary slightly from the image on our website and may not include pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.  Similarly, we cannot guarantee that the packaging shown will be the packaging that is delivered.

We have accurately display the colours of our products that appear on this website but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

This contract is covered by the law of England & Wales.  By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms of service with our privacy policy.

Placing An Order

Start by adding the products that you would like to order to Your Basket and then Continue to Checkout to place your order.  Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.  If you have any questions regarding products, or would prefer to order by telephone, please call on 01157 845 843.

Once you have had your order confirmation, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.  On completion of your order, we will let you know the dispatch date.

Price and Payment

The price is as set out in the order.  All prices on our website are in GBP and state whether they are inclusive or exclusive of VAT.  Any promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

If there is an error with the price on the website (over or under), we will contact you to let you know of the change and ask if you would still like the products.  We will not be liable to supply the products at the stated price if they are under-priced on the website.

Delivery charges will be calculated on checkout and shown prior to you placing your order.  You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering unless you hold a Credit/Trade Account with us (apply for one here).  We use one or more secure online payment service providers for online purchases who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.

Delivery Charges

We will aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, with the exception of items marked ‘Next Day Delivery’ or Fresh Delivery items that require an agreed specific delivery date.

We will deliver your order to the addressed specified on your order.  You must ensure that someone is present to accept the delivery.  All deliveries will require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the address at the time of delivery.  After a failed delivery attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

The agreed dispatch date and delivery time are not to be treated as contractual.  We will do our best to comply but are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of a delayed delivery or non-delivery.  Time for delivery specified on an order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.

Some of our items are heavy and deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods.  Make sure to tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.  Anything other than this is at the discretion of our courier(s) and you may be required to assist.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

When your order arrives, it is important that you check the condition and quantity immediately.  Any products found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 24 hours so that we may send a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.

We are happy for you to pick up your order from our warehouse provided you have made an appointment in advance and payment has been received into our bank.  If you decide to use this option then we will not be able to assist you in loading heavy items and you agree that you are responsible for everything that happens after you have taken possession of the products.

Business Customers – Returns and Cancellations

This section only applies if you are a business customer.

Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement, in writing from a Director.  If we agree to cancel the order, you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us, at your own expense.  The cost of return postage is to be covered by you and will not be reimbursed with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.

We are unable to accept returns on any food or drink products.  Any products that are customised or ordered as part of a special or large order are not returnable.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.  All goods must be returned, e.g., you cannot purchase a case of 10 items and only return 8.

Any free products provided as part of your purchase must also be returned.

If you fail to return the products within the 7 days, we will collect them, and pass on any associated costs of collection to you.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any original delivery charges within 30 days, less a 10% restocking fee.  This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights where products are faulty or misdescribed.

Consumers Only – Returns and Cancellations

This section only applies if you are classed as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.  This section does not apply to business customers.

You have a 14 days ‘cooling-off’ period from the day you receive your order when you can cancel your contract.  Please e-mail or write to us to arrange this, we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation; however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.  If you cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging and delivery slip to us, at your own expense.  The cost of return postage is to be covered by you and you will not be reimbursed with the exception of faulty or damaged goods.

You must ensure that all items are packaged adequately to protect against damage and all products on the order must be returned, e.g., you cannot purchase a case of 10 items and only return 8.  Any free products provided as part of your purchase must also be returned.

All food and beverage products are excluded from this policy.  This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if products are faulty or misdescribed.

Faulty Goods

If you experience a problem with any of our products, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem.  We may ask you to provide us with a photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection.

If the product is found to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible and without charge (at our discretion).  The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, then if found faulty on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs.  If the product isn’t faulty, we will return them to you, and you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

If an item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative as we are unable to guarantee an exact match.  If you are not happy with the alternative offered, you will have the option of a refund.

Discount Codes

From time to time, we may issue discount codes.  We reserve the rights with withdraw, limit, restrict or change such codes at any time.  Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied per order.  Discount codes are not transferable or assignable and have no cash alternative.

All discount codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs.  The discount code must be entered at the Checkout stage of placing you order and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order and cannot be applied at a later date by telephone or email.

A minimum Purchase Price may be required to redeem the discount code.  In the event a discount is granted as a fixed amount (as opposed to a percentage discount), and the purchase amount is less than the discount, the unused discount value will be forfeited.

If you are eligible for a refund, neither the voucher nor its redeemable value will be refunded.  You will receive the maximum amount you have actually paid as the purchase amount.

Liability and Use of Website

The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation.  We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.

We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses arising from any of our products so we recommend that you do not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this website is correct.  However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this website.  Neither we nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining, or delivering this website), shall be liable or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of our website.  This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year and we will not be liable if the website is unavailable at any time due to server or other technical issues.

Trademarks and Copyrights

You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from our website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent.  Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on our website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.  Subject to the above no part of this Website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.

Law and Jurisdiction
